At The Safe Spoon, everything we serve is intentionally crafted without the FDA-recognized top 9 allergens: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Our food is also Celiac-safe, Alpha-Gal safe, free from mammal meat and mammal-derived ingredients, and made without artificial dyes.


Our kitchen does not use or handle these allergens. Our team follows strict preparation, hand washing, and cleaning protocols, and we carefully vet the manufacturers and brands we partner with for ingredient sourcing.  We provide full ingredient lists and manufacturer information for every item we serve so you can make the best, most informed choice for yourself or your family.
